And oh yeah. The shading. xD I think I am too careful when it comes to shading faces, skin, etc.. I am like "But I don't want it to be too dark.. or else he will look Black! o__o" So yeah. I do need to work on shading around the face area. ^-^

I don't think that shading will make someone look "black" o_O
Use sketch pencils, they have drastic differences in tone...But if you did use sketch pencils on this, then try using a 2H on the face.
*isn't sure what type of pencil you're using o_o*
